Pumpkin Festival at Fruitville Grove

Buoys and ghouls of all ages are invited to dress up in costume for a Night of Fish, Fun & Fright! Unearth shark teeth in “Coffin Creek,” enjoy deep sea delights in the “Diner of the Dead” and take part in Mad Science experiments and activities. Don’t miss our signature underwater pumpkin carving in our spooktacular shark habitats! Enjoy entertainment from students at EveryOneRocks and performances from Mad Science! Spooktacular at Selby Gardens

Spooktacular is a playful, family-friendly event. Daytime activities will include traditional, wholesome Halloween happenings like trick or treating and pumpkin decorating, fun and educational activities like seed planting, as well as more frightening (but not too scary) options for older children like a mad scientist experiment center. Children are encouraged to bring their own trick-or-treat bags to collect their goodies. Come in costume! Grilled foods will be available for purchase from the Michael’s On East grill. The Selby House Cafe will also be open with its full menu. B’s Cool Treat’s will have their ice cream cart on -site with a wide assortment of frozen treats. A trolley will be available 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. from Sarasota Friendship Center (1888 Brother Geenen Way
